Zechs: There are conditions for the creation of ultimate peace... First, the 
disposal of all weapons. Further, taking from people their desire to fight!
Zechs: The Libra will be dropped. It is the only way left towards peace.
Heero: The people who've lost Earth will hate you. The colonists will be 
dependant upon you! While you're alive, the same mistakes will continue to be 
repeated!
[Epyon takes away Zero's gun and sends it flying off.]
Noin: Zechs plans to die here. He doesn't want a legendary end. He plans to take 
all of the sins of humanity and cleanse them! Heero should know this... he 
should....
[Libra begins its drop towards the earth]
[On MO-II]
Une: How goes the withdrawal of our troops?
Oz-1: Eighty percent are safely returned but the mobile suits are almost 
useless. Out of those, approximately 69% are unsalvagable.
Une: Good. Destroy the remaining suits with the ones we recover. Not a single 
weapon must be left within the sphere of Earth. That is what His Excellency, 
Treize, would want.
Sally: Hrm. I see. Treize Khushrenada was trying to establish world peace as 
well.
Oz-2: Who are you!?
Une: [hand raised] Welcome, Queen.
Soldiers: [murmuring, background noise] Queen Relena!
Relena: Don't call me that, please.
[DS-Hell reaches Peacemillion]
Duo: There. We're here!
G: Thanks, Duo!
Duo: It's left up to you. I'm fighting the guys out here.
G: Don't make too much of a fuss. It'll cause us complications.
Duo: Tell that to the enemy! ...the enemy....
[DS-Hell turns to fight Virgos]
[MO-II]
[Une holds out gun]
Une: As is obvious, I'm only a remnant of my true self. Please, feel free to 
take revenge for your father.
[Relena walks over, pushes Une's hand away]
Relena: Let's end it, the revenge and the fighting.
Une: Yes.
Howard: Now. Returning to the obstacle of the Libra and Peacemillion.
Oz-1: In the hopes of restricting the destruction, an evacuation recommendation 
has been issued at the probable impact site.
Howard: An evacuation recommendation? You idiot! The damage that will be caused 
by those two won't be restricted to the surface!
[Howard calls up diagrams & projections]
Howard: If both ships' power generators explode upon impact, the actual 
destruction might only be a few hundred kilometers but the debris that will be 
kicked up will surround the entirety of earth and drop the temperature.
Relena: [horrified] That's...
Sally: The earth will be unlivable!
Howard: To stop this, the ships will have to be diverted or blown up during 
re-entry. Either way, it won't be easy.
Une: No! There's hope yet. A Gundam has been located near Peacemillion's 
propulsion area...
Relena: Heero?
Une: No. It's probably Gundam 02.
Howard: Duo? Are the others with him? There definitely will still be a chance!
Sally: What about the other Gundams?
Oz-2: I can't confirm anything with all the Mobile Dolls moving around.
[Libra, MD Operating Sys Room]
Trowa: [cutting wires to MD Sys] While fighting, I slowly destroyed my heart. 
That's why my heart has been dead for so long. Perhaps I have no worth as a 
human but I have to stay alive.
Dorothy: Why?
Trowa: Because now I have somewhere to which I can go back.
Dorothy: I... don't have anywhere to go anymore...
Trowa: [helping Quatre] Can you stand up, Quatre?
Quatre: T..Trowa.. Please... Don't take me, take her.
Trowa: Don't worry. She's not unstable enough as to lose herself.
Quatre: You're right.
[Dorothy grabs helmet as it floats by]
Trowa: You ought to hurry.
Quatre: Don't die.
[T&Q head out, leaving Dorothy weeping]
[In space, MD cease to move]
Duo: They aren't moving.
[T's face pops up on monitor]
Duo: Trowa!
Trowa: Mission accomplished. Returning now.
Duo: Roger! How about Quatre?
Quatre: I'm ok....
Duo: Right. If we accomplish this, let's have some first-rate champagne.
Quatre: That sounds good.... But let's have non-alcoholic.
[MO-2]
Oz-2: Lt. Comm. Noin! Lt. Comm. Noin! This is MO-2! Please reply! Lt. Comm. 
Noin! Lt. Comm. Noin!
Sally: Why are you attempting to communicate with her?
Une: You'll see presently. The question is whether ot not I've timed things 
properly.
Oz-2: Captain! Communications established!
Noin: [saluting] It's been some time, Captain...
Une: Are you monitoring Heero and Zechs's battle?
Noin: Yes.
Une: Route the transmission to us.
Noin: I'm not a member of Oz anymore. I can't be ordered any longer.
Une: It isn't an order. It's a request from someone who also desires peace.
Noin: Roger.
[Images are sent to MO-II]
Relena: Heero.....
Une: Broadcast this to the complete Earth sphere.
Oz-2: Yes...
[Shot of colony and citizens]
Citizen1: What *IS* that? [background babble] There are Gundams fighting one 
another!
Citizen2: The ware isn't over!?
Une: [voice over] This battle doesn't hold any meaning for those on the colonies 
or the earth but this is a battle which MUST be fought because this is a battle 
on the parts of both to protect the colonies. AC 195... The curtain endeavors to 
fall upon the history of wars; but these two MUST fight or peace will not be 
accomplished. Do you feel it? The grief of this fight? Do you see it? The peace 
that extends behind this? This is the enigma of peace which must be addressed by 
everyone!
[In a room, colony representatives meet]
Co.Rep.1: Representative Lady Anne....
Co.Rep.2: She lives....
[Peacemillion Propulsion Room]
J: It can't be altered with the usual methods.
G: Then we have to extract the boiler limiter on the propulsion cylinder.
J: You create an uncontrolled reaction to prevent one? That's one of my 
favourite tactis!
Quinze: No one move, please.
J: Quinze.... Long time no see....
[Quinze shoots Doctor J in arm]
Quinze: I told you not to move.
J: Kill us, that suits us fine. Our work has been finished.
Quinze: You people have caused me a great deal of trouble. How many times will 
you interfere with our Operation Meteor before you're finally satisfied?
J: The Gundams were to avenge Heero Yuy, both then and this time.
Quinze: If you hadn't modified the mission instructions for the pilots, humanity 
would have have understood it sooner!
J: True.... but we think the earth and humanity are more worthwhile!
Quinze: Shut up!
G: [pushes button] Looks like you'll have to allow us our interference once 
again.
[Quinze shoots, followed by an explosion]
[Commercial Break]
[Peacemillion's engines rev up]
Heero: You and Trieze are identical. You destroy justice to protect the weak but 
you can't save them that way in the end!
Zechs: The weak are created by the powerful! Because the earth was powerful, it 
made the colonies their servants and dominated them!
[Zechs disarms Zero and points beam sabre at Zero's head]
Zechs: There! The contest is mine.
Heero: I've always detested weaklings. Always worrying over when the next 
struggle would come, never trusting anyone, never saying what they wanted to 
say. I could never forgive them....
Zechs: It's because beings with the power do that to them!
[Explosion; Libra begins to break apart]
Noin: Oh, no!
[Noin's Taurus floats away. Heero retrieves his beam sabre, points it at Epyon's 
head]
Heero: Those beings doesn't exist anywhere! All of humanity is the weak ones... 
you and I are weak!
[MO-II]
Oz-1: Peacemillion and Libra are moving away from the earth.
[Background babble, noises of surprise and wonder][One of the four blocks of 
Libra breaks off and continues its fall]
Oz-1: No! A portion of the Libra is falling!
Une: What?!
Oz-2: An announcement has been received from the colony representatives.
Colony Leader: We, the colony representatives have come to a decision regarding 
the surrender of the earth! We of the colonies request that White Fang change 
their demands. For many reasons, we strongly desire to co-exist with the nations 
of the earth. A cessation of hostilities is declared and we hope that the 
nations of the earth will follow suit. Our ambiguous decisions and behaviour 
have greatly perturbed many people with this war and for this we apologize 
deeply.
[Gundams 02, 03, 04 attempt to reach the falling section of Libra]
Duo: Shit! Not yet?!
Quatre: We have to demolish part of that to diminish the devastation on earth!
[Alt-Long Gundam passes Gundams 02, 03 and 04]
Trowa: Wufei?!
[Alt-long carries Zero's Buster Rifle]
[Heero and Zechs fighting on top of the Libra]
Heero: It's finished, Zechs.
Zechs: No, not yet.
[Zechs uses whip to cut hole into Libra and disappears within]
Zechs: I won't accept that I'm the weak one!
[MO-II]
Howard: This is bad.
Sally: The propulsion system?
Howard: It's still attached of course. Even with a single block, the world will 
plummet into an endless winter!
Oz-1: Gundams 02, 03, 04, and 05 have infiltrated Libra's A block.
Relena: Isn't that where Heero and my brother are?
Une: Are they going to hold their cards until the very conclusion?
Relena: No! Both of you! Don't!
[Zechs and Heero still fighting, now inside Libra]
Heero: The colonies have chosen their path towards peace freely. Your actions 
are meaningless!
Zechs: I was born to lead a life drenched with blood. It's too late to evade 
those sins. Let's finish this now, Heero!
Heero: You ought to be seeing your future!
[Zero cuts off Epyon's left arm]
Zechs: Why didn't you kill me?
Heero: Relena would be upset.
Quatre: [comm-channel] Heero!?
Heero: Quatre?
Quatre: [comm-channel] Thank God! This block is still plummetting towards the 
earth.
Heero: Understood... I'll annihilate the propulsion system.
Duo: [making reaping motions with beam scythe] Before this chunk falls to the 
earth, we'll turn it into lots of pieces!
Trowa: [shooting] Never forfeit hope until the finale. That's what I learned 
piloting this suit.
Quatre: Our chances of success are almost nothing... but it's better than not 
doing anything!
[Explosion near Sandrock; Sandrock reels. A MS keeps Quatre's Gundam from 
falling entirely]
Rasid: Are you ok, Master Quatre?!
Quatre: Everyone.... you shouldn't be here!
Rasid: You don't have to be so formal! We'll help, too!
Abdoul: We've made it this far! We're going to do it anyway.
Auda: Let us do it, Master Quatre!
Quatre: I'm sorry to trouble you, everyone....
[Zero reaches the propulsion unit of Libra]
Heero: Is this it?
[Beam sabre cuts off, gun is out of ammo]
Heero: [thinking] My final recourse is... the self-destruct mechanism.
[MO-II]
Oz-1: Two hundred seconds until the Libra reaches the re-entry point! It's at 
its limit!
[Heero]
Heero: [holds self-destruct, thinks] Farewell... Relena.
[Epyon appears]
Zechs: There's one more thing essential to consummate peace. A heart that is 
considerate and comprehends others.... one like yours. You're too honorable, too 
thoughtful; but otherwise one wouldn't be qualified to live. Let's see how long 
I can stay alive!
[Zechs uses beam sabre, slashes at propulsion system]
Heero: Zechs!?
Zechs: ... More strictly as a soldier than anybody else!
Heero: Zechs!?
Zechs: May we meet again!
[Humongous explosion]
[MO-II]
Oz-1: Propulsion system explosion confirmed! But... one portion continues to 
fall! It won't incinerate!
Une: There isn't any way to prevent the disaster! Tell the Gundams to get out of 
there!
Wufei: [comm-channel] Wait.
[Zero breaks through Libra's wall]
Heero: Zero! Show me the way!
[Alt-Long breaks through a wall near Zero]
Wufei: Here.... You forgot this.
Heero: Mission acknowledged.
[Elsewhere on the Libra]
Rasid: Master Quatre! We've reached our limit! Let's leave now!
Quatre: Everyone go ahead, I'm still able to fight.
Abdul: Haven't we done enough already?!
Auda: If you die this way, it will be for no purpose!
[Quatre looks indecisive]
Wufei: [comm-channel] I've given Heero the buster rifle.
Rasid: Did you hear that, Master Quatre?
Quatre: Affirmative! We'll only be in his way. Everyone withdraw!
Duo: All right!
Trowa: Acknowledged. Leaving the area.
[Heavyarms launches multitudinous rockets and leaves]
[MO-II]
Oz-1: Libra has infiltrated the atmosphere! A unit is advancing ahead of it! 
It's... Wing Zero!
Relena: Heero?!
Howard: He's going to attempt the impossible!
Sally: No, he can do it!
Oz-1: But he's reached the re-entry point!
Une: No.... the Gundam that I know has always been capable of accomplishing 
anything.
Relena: That's right.. I believe in him.... Because Heero gives hope to 
everyone!
[Zero's system beings to short out from re-entry heat]
Heero: [waiting for confirmed target lock] I.... I...... won't die!
[Lock achieved, he fires]
[Explosion]
[MO-II]
Oz-1: He's done it! It's burning up!
[Cheering everywhere]
Relena: Heero.....
[Maguanacs and the four other Gundams staring into the white light of the blast, 
watching and waiting]
Duo: There he is!! You really did it, Heero!
Wufei: Hmph. Of course he did.
Trowa: He's definitely something....
Quatre: I understand now.... He is the Space Heart....
Heero: Mission accomplished.
[Tiny parts of Libra streak across the skies as shooting stars, people on earth 
looking up at the sight]
Narrator: After Colony 195. On this day, the earth and the colonies established 
communications.
[Graveyard in Luxembourg, months later]
Noin: You're here once more?
Dorthy: Yes... but not again... I've grown tired of reminiscing all the time.
Noin: I see...
[Noin lays a boquet of roses upon Treize's grave]
Dorthy: Noin... Why don't do anything for Milliard's grave?
Noin: Because there isn't any need.
Dorthy: Huh?
Noin: [staring up into the sky] He's out there somewhere... I don't doubt it.
[L-1 Colony]
Co.Rep.1: Vice Foreign Minister Dorian?
[Relena turns around]
Co.Rep.1: Are you going back to earth?
Relena: Yes. I'd like to show the Mars terraforming project to the earth 
representatives as quickly as possible.
Co.Rep.1: But we've already started a party for you.
Relena: I'm very sorry.
[Maintainence worker brushes by Relena]
Heero: Excuse me.
Relena: It's ok.
[A teddybear is in Relena's seat, holding an invitation. She realizes who 
brushedy by her.]
Relena: [glancing out the window] Heero!
[Heero glances up from the ground. Relena tears the card in half.]
Relena: Give it to me in person next time!
[Heero looks at her for several more seconds and then walks away.]
